                 Roger Ferland is the son of Rolland Ferland and of Pierrette Rodney who died in 1998.

             HRH Prince Roger was born on 14 August 1958 in the Province of Quebec. He studied at he Louis–Joseph Papineau Secondary School in Montreal and completed His education at The McGill University in Montreal, The Faculty of Arts.He obtained a Master’s Degree and teaches as a Titular Professor at the Marie -Victorin College in Montréal North.

             In 1988 He obtained the FIRST COMMONWEALTH bursary of Fine Arts and studied in Kenya. He participated at many Provincial and International Competitions and is an accomplished Painter and Sculptor.

             Roger Ferland is dedicating His life to His profession and  family. He has an open heart, is a hard working, respectful toward anyone, socially minded, very well educated and very calm man. Unless provoked for… Then his Irish ancestor’s blood takes over and He is responding blow by blow to any provocation.

             He and Princess Josefina Maria Alexandra have two children, Gabriel Jibrîl and Isabelle Izabelana.
