1.All members of the Cuman Royal Hanal House of Panciu have the moral obligation to assist and succour their noblemen brothers and sisters. 2.All Noblemen (Noblewomen) of the Cuman Royal Hanal House of Panciu should obey all decisions approved by the Smoothing away difficulties Committee. The Ilhan will have His final Word in case of dissatisfaction concerning any decision. 3. All our Members’ priority will be that of helping orphans, widows or any member in need or deprived in any circumstances. 4.The title and the etiquette appellation pertaining to our House should always be honoured and applied when strange persons are present among our members. 5.During all official meetings, congresses, official State holidays, our own festivals, birthday parties, any festivities, during all Souls’ day, all our members should bear the ASLAN PRISE MEDAL. 6. All members have the moral obligation to honour the Ilhan by sending Him their greetings at Christmas and The New Year. This is a sine qua non duty. 7. The same procedure will be applied by all our nobility ranks toward their superiors. 8.Our ancestral moral slogan: Fidelity, Discipline, Respect, Faith and Brotherhood should sustain the solid grounds of our future accomplishments and way of life.
